First of all before doing anything all you need is the code of HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT , etc Code for your website because you can't only write anything you need something to show what you have written for that their are thousands of Templates online. There are thousands of Platforms to Build your website on But while we are talking about quality and speed and free there is only one solution for that and it's Blogger. Well i choosed Blogger because first it's free of cost and second you don't need to purchase any Hosting plans because they provided the hosting plan by themselves for free. If you want to create a login or register page in your wesbite for that you need to create a server by your own Blogger doesn't have the feature.It's Fully customizable and easy to use.
3. Domain
Well as you Know we are going to work with Blogger so we will be using Blogger Free Domain and now you can approve your website for AdSense using the free Domain also. The free domain looks like this.
yourdomainname.blogspot.com
They would add blogspot.com infront of your domain name well that's not a big deal if you feel ashamed or something like that to share your free domain link with others then we also got a solution for that and that's to use bit.ly, all you need to do is just paste your website link and click convert then copy that converted bit.ly link and share it everywhere without hesitation and also you don't need to create or signin a account to shrink a link.
4. Setup
Now is the setting up time, till now we got the template, platform, domain but now you need to setup everything. First Extract the zip file we already downloaded before and Right mouse click on the .XML file and
- Click open with notepad,
- Copy all the codes and Go to your browser,
- Click on Themes
- Click on three dots
- Click on Edit HTML
- Hold Ctrl + A, press Backspace
- Hold Ctrl + V and Save the code
- Now Refresh your website and you will find your template their.

5. Content
After setting up everything you are good to go and write content for your website and get Ranked in Google.
- Click on New Post
- Enter your post title in the title bar
- Write your Content in the Main Page
